Welcome to the Website Terms of Use for Slide. These Website Terms of Use (”Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Project Orca, Inc., a Delaware corporation, (“we”, “us” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of websites, apps and services (“Sites”) that link to these Terms. Creation of Slide accounts and use of Slide products and services are subject to one or more separate, additional agreements.
We may update these Terms at any time and the most recent revision date will be displayed at the top left. By continuing to use the Sites after any updates, you agree to such updates.
If you are under the age of 18 or if you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you may not access or use any of the Sites.

1. We grant you a limited license to access and use the Site for your own informational use and not for any commercial or resale purpose, except as expressly permitted by us.
2. Except as otherwise stated, all text, graphics, software, images, designs, logos and other content on the Sites (“Site Content”) is our intellectual property. We or our licensors are the sole owner of all right, title and interest in Site Content, including all copyrights, trade dress, and trademarks, including the Slide (™) trademark and the Side logo(™) . You may not copy, modify, download or otherwise use Site Content without our express permission or as expressly allowed by applicable law. Our Sites may reference third party trademarks, logos or other content and we claim no rights in any such third party intellectual property.
3. Our Sites may contain links to websites, apps, content, products or social media sites provided by other parties (“Linked Content”). We do not endorse, control, nor are we responsible for, Linked Content. The terms and conditions, and privacy practices, of the parties that provide Linked Content may be different than the Sites and you access Linked Content at your own risk.
4. Our Sites may provide the ability for you to submit or post reviews, testimonials, suggestions, ideas or other text or photos (“User Posts”). You acknowledge that we have no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any User Post and if you post personally identifiable information about yourself, you do so at your own risk. We do not endorse, control, nor are we responsible for User Posts; however, we are free to remove User Posts at any time at our sole discretion. By providing us with User Posts you grant us the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right and license to copy, publish, broadcast, modify, create derivative works from, publicly perform and otherwise use your User Posts. You must own or otherwise have all necessary rights in User Posts. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, and costs arising out of our use of your User Posts.

6. You may not access or use the Sites in any manner that is unlawful, disruptive, offensive, discriminatory, in violation of any party’s rights or in violation of these Terms. If you do so, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Sites, remove any User Posts, and take appropriate legal action.
7. We strive to get things correct but the Sites may contain typographical or other errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any such inaccuracies at any time but we do not promise that we will do so or do so in a timely manner.
8. The Sites are provided without any express or implied representations or warranties, including as to availability, reliability or fitness for your specific needs. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE PROVIDE THE SITES “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” AND WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
9. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or like damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Sites, including for lost data, lost profits or downtime.
10. These Terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of these Terms or use of the Sites will be in courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut and you expressly agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
11. If any part of these Terms is deemed to be void or unenforceable, the remaining parts will be unaffected and will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted .
12. Any delay or failure on our part to enforce these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of our right to enforce these Terms at any other time.
